"Bolerium Books on Mission Street has sold four copies of New Left Notes to Fox News darling Glenn Beck.

New Left Notes was the newspaper of Students for a Democratic Society. Bolerium's Mike Pincus said that three of the copies came from the late '60s, when SDS became the Weathermen. The fourth was published a few years later, when the paper was run by members of the Progressive Labor Party.

Pincus suspects that Beck will use the papers to somehow indict Barack Obama, perhaps for his association with Bill Ayres, whose views are quoted. 'My main worry,' he e-mails, 'is that the bookstore will be indicted under the Trading with the Enemy Act.'"

Pretty hilarious, I have to say.
